Care Assistant
Salary: £14.80 per hour + £100 starting bonus.
Location: London (Kensington & Chelsea, Westminster, Brent, Maida Hill & Hounslow).
Zero Hour Contract.
Responsibilities
Your role will be to carry out assigned tasks to provide general household assistance, personal care, and companionship for clients in their homes.
- Provide care and support for the client at home.
- Maintain professional standards of care and behaviour at all times, promoting Health Vision in a positive manner.
- Document and maintain clear and accurate records of care given.
- Advise your Care Team Supervisor (CTS) or Coordinator of any incidents or situations that cause concern or threaten client or carer safety.
- Provide prescribed care as instructed by the CTS.
- Plan your journey and allow plenty of time to arrive for assigned work.
- Be patient and sensitive to the needs of people from a variety of backgrounds and cultures.
- Maintain confidentiality of client and organisational information.
