Base Pay Salary: Hourly rate of £14.05 per hour
Location: London – Kensington & Chelsea, Westminster, Brent, Maida Hill & Hounslow
Contract: Zero Hour Contract

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide care and support for the client at home
- Maintain professional standards of care and behaviour at all times, and promote Health Vision positively
- Document and maintain clear and accurate records of care given
- Advise Care Team Supervisor (CTS) or Co‑ordinator of any incidents or situations that cause concern or threaten client or carer safety
- Provide prescribed care that has been instructed/showed by the CTS
- Plan journey and allow ample time to get to work assignments
- Be patient and sensitive to the needs of people from diverse backgrounds and cultures
- Maintain client and organisation confidentiality and report any changes or alterations of care or working environment
- Report any serious issues directly to the Registered Care Manager
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must be mature, responsible and friendly in manner
- Ability to work in clients' homes
- Practical, punctual, tidy and able to follow instructions
- Motivation and ability to organise own time
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Commitment to being sensitive to the needs of other cultures
