Talent Specialist to join our People Team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about both attracting great talent and helping colleagues grow and develop throughout their careers.
What you'll be doing
This is a varied role that combines recruitment, talent development and employee experience.
You'll
- Lead end-to-end recruitment campaigns across a range of business functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify talent requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Build talent pipelines and proactively source candidates.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from application through to onboarding.
- Support internal talent, succession and career development initiatives.
- Help coordinate learning and development programmes and events.
- Contribute to employee engagement, early careers and talent development activities.
- Produce recruitment and talent insights to support business decision-making.
- Continuously improve recruitment and talent processes, systems and ways of working.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on talent attraction and development best practice.
