What you’ll own:

  • Product strategy and roadmap ownership across key customer journeys.
  • Leading discovery to uncover customer needs, validate opportunities and test assumptions.
  • Defining success metrics and making evidence‑based prioritisation decisions.
  • Working closely with engineering and design to deliver high‑quality product experiences.
  • Partnering with operational, commercial and specialist teams to ensure new features are successfully adopted.
  • Using customer insight, behavioural data and experimentation to continuously improve the product experience.
  • Helping shape product processes and ways of working as the organisation grows.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5–8 years of experience in Product Management, building customer‑centric digital products.
  • Experience working in HealthTech, FinTech, or other regulated/high‑trust environments.
  • Experience working in a startup or scale‑up environment – where you’ve operated with ambiguity and worn multiple hats.
  • A strong track record of leading product discovery, prioritisation and outcome‑led roadmaps within agile product teams.
  • Hands‑on experience working in cross‑functional teams with engineers and designers.
  • Comfortable influencing a wide range of stakeholders across technical, operational and commercial teams.
