About Us
Let’s make the NHS the most advanced healthcare system in the world. The world’s best healthcare is free at the point of delivery and employs millions across the UK. Unfortunately, the NHS is under intense pressure with rising costs, GP strikes, budget uncertainty, and an ageing population. This results in longer wait times, fewer appointments, and lower quality care for those who need it most.
We are focused on relentlessly automating repetitive processes within the NHS. Our first product, Automated Registrations, is already used by 24% of GP practices in England. We are building more powerful technology that unlocks access to healthcare for the entire nation.
Our Principles:
- Care deeply
- Work hard
- Be your word
- Trust in radical truth and transparency
- Do your life’s best work
- Find the fun
Role Overview
We’re hiring a Senior Clinical Account Executive/Growth Specialist to help GP practices adopt our platform. This role is designed for people coming from clinical environments: clinicians, practice staff, NHS operators, or other healthcare professionals who understand how healthcare really works and want to have an impact at scale.

- Help teams improve patient access
- Guide practices from sign-up to go-live
What Success Looks Like:
- Own a geographic patch
- Generate and close new practice opportunities
- Build trusted relationships with clinicians and practice teams
- Help practices successfully go live on the platform

- Care deeply about improving access to healthcare
- Want impact beyond a single practice or clinic
- Enjoy communicating and influencing people
- Like solving operational problems
- Thrive in fast-moving startup environments
- Want ownership, progression, and autonomy
You Probably Won’t Enjoy This Role If You:
- Prefer highly structured NHS environments
- Want a purely clinical role
- Dislike commercial targets or outbound activity
- Prefer slow decision-making and consensus culture
Growth & Progression:
- Close bigger and more strategic opportunities
- Become a product and workflow expert
- Coach and mentor others
- Help shape go-to-market strategy
Inclusive & Diverse by Design
We want everyone in our team to belong. We intentionally build a culture rich in perspectives, experiences, and backgrounds, and we actively improve the way we make this happen.
