Position
Senior Growth Specialist – Full‑cycle sales from lead generation to closing and onboarding practices.
Goal Expectations
- Objective 1: Convert new practices
- Own a geographical patch and secure at least 10 live practices per week.
- Achieve a 70% demo‑to‑sign rate and a 90% sign‑to‑live rate.
- Represent Healthtech‑1 with pride and care in every interaction.
- Objective 2: Generate leads
- Create and execute high‑impact lead‑gen strategies (cold calling, email campaigns, events, field sales, referrals).
- Produce high‑quality leads using storytelling, data, and research.
- Maintain a personal calendar of demos.
