Overview

The Senior Growth Specialist will join a focused high growth team with the mission to unlock access to healthcare by guiding practices to the right services. You will own full cycle sales from lead generation to closing and onboarding practices, working in pairs to cover geographic patches. We are hiring to help us get in front of more practices, with a track record of early success (e.g., our first product, Automated Registrations, is already used by 24% of GP practices in England). We operate in a high-energy, collaborative environment with a low ego culture, and a commitment to doing our life's best work.

Responsibilities

  • Own a geographic patch and drive to get at least 10 live practices per week.
  • Achieve a 70% demo-to-sign rate and a 90% sign-to-live rate.
  • Represent the voice of Healthtech-1 with care in every interaction with practices.
  • Convert new practices, generate leads, and improve team processes on a weekly basis.
  • Delight practices in every interaction, leaving a positive impression whether or not they buy.
  • Deliver demos independently and keep all activity documented in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with Junior Growth Specialists on booking demos and lead enrichment.

  • Objective 3: Improve team performance

Progression is defined across three dimensions: closing bigger deals, selling more advanced products, and training/coaching other team members.

Scope of the Role

  • Fully own: live practices target; outbound campaign quality/effectiveness; GTM strategy for your patch.
  • Co-own: lead list enrichment; CRM upkeep; booking demos (shared with Junior Growth Specialists).
  • Influence (not owned): inbound campaign investments and product direction via customer feedback loop.
  • Not owned: account management; product roadmap; enterprise deals.

Candidate Profile

Must-have traits include bias to action, storytelling, outcome orientation, coach-ability, tech savvy, team orientation, clear communication, hard work, personable and adaptable thinking, and creativity in identifying high-impact opportunities.

Required Experience

2 years of sales experience; experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
