We are unlocking access to the NHS, aiming to make every appointment bookable and to support one billion NHS appointments being transparent and instantly bookable. We are building critical national infrastructure and have a growing team that serves a large portion of the country.

Mission Statement

To unlock access to healthcare by making every NHS appointment bookable. Your role is to run Raj’s operation flawlessly so he can focus on strategy and execution, enabling the company to hit 50,000 weekly appointments booked by September 2026.

Goal Expectations

Make Raj more effective and act as a force multiplier for the company.

Scope of the Role

  • Calendar management – protect time, align to priorities, optimise for effectiveness
  • Inbox triage – respond when appropriate, flag urgent, eliminate noise
  • Meeting logistics – scheduling, materials prep, attendee briefing, room setup
  • Task management – action tracking, chase completion, flag blockers
  • Quality control – proofread all communications, check every link, catch every error
  • Admin execution – expenses, travel, documentation, personal tasks (e.g., dentist appointments)
  • Protect Raj’s daily fuel – exercise, meditation, family commitments, and act as his family's contact to ensure he is present for what matters

You Do Not Own

  • Strategic decisions or recommendations
  • Special projects spanning multiple functions
  • Managing other people’s teams
  • Pete’s operation (he has his own FA/EA)
  • Functional execution (engineering, sales, support)
