Working closely with fellow administrators in a busy referral management environment, each day offers new and exciting challenges. In this varied role, you will need to demonstrate a high level of patient care, handle high call volumes, manage complex cases and sensitive information, and interact with patients to direct their care. All administrative functions are completed using an electronic patient booking system. To succeed in this position, you should be a good communicator, detail-oriented, organized, and concise. Prior experience with call management and data entry into multiple systems would be beneficial but is not essential, as full training will be provided on site. There is also potential for role progression and skill development. The site is accessible via a main bus route, with free parking available for drivers. On-site facilities include a creche and gym. Our current operating hours are 7 am – 7 pm, Monday to Friday, and 8 am – 1 pm on Saturdays (rota basis). We are seeking both full-time and part-time staff, with part-time roles including late shifts until 7 pm. Benefits include 25 days of annual leave plus Bank Holidays. #J-18808-Ljbffr
