The Opportunity
We are looking for a Clinical Product Manager to bring first-hand healthcare experience into the way we design, prioritise and deliver our products. This is a unique opportunity for a doctor or healthcare professional who enjoys improving systems and solving operational challenges. You will act as the bridge between clinical reality and product development, ensuring that our software reflects the complexities of healthcare delivery, including shift patterns, rostering requirements and workforce management processes. You will take ownership of a defined area of the product roadmap, working closely with customers, stakeholders and developers to ensure we build the right solutions in the right order. Your healthcare background will help shape product decisions, validate new functionality and ensure that what we deliver is practical, usable and valuable for real-world healthcare teams. This role offers the opportunity to influence product direction, engage directly with NHS customers, and play a key role in improving the working lives of healthcare staff across the UK.
