- Location: New clinic in Watford, North Dakota & Sidney, Montana - Sites are around one hour apart
- Type: Full-Time
- Setting: Outpatient
- Start date: March
- Preferred schedule: Regular business hours
- Background and Certifications required: Certified FNP/PA, Active ND, MT license and active DEA
- Duties: Solo Provider - Womens Health, Typical Primary care duties
- Call: No on call
- EMR: eClinical Works
- Compensation: $55-75/hr - Commensurate on experience (room for negotiation)
- Other: Must be open to work 4 days a week in ND and once a week in MT.
