We are currently looking for a QMS Administrator to join our team.

- Main Responsibilities
- Organise, track and maintain information concerning the various aspects of the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Coordination and follow up of policies, procedures, records and other documentation associated with the governing standards for Health Net Homecare
- Data input in order to create QMS records
- Inputting of Incidents, Deviations and Complaints into the QMS
- Monitor and report on Deviations and their resulting Corrective and Preventive actions
- Monitor, report and provide reminders to members of the business on outstanding actions in the QMS
- Participate in the audit program for Health Net Homecare, including but not limited to self-inspection, Quality Checks and Supplier audits when necessary.
- Support during audits and inspections of Health Net Homecare where QMS interrogation is required
- Monitoring and reporting on the pest control programme
- Monitoring and reporting on temperature records
- Responsible for controlling internal and some external documents
- Champion organisational goals and values, and continual improvement of the existing processes, software and systems in place.
- Support Quality or other Health Net departments in various projects as assigned
What experience and skills are we looking for?
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
- Attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise time efficiently, excellent problem solving skills, adaptability to change with conditions and circumstances is essential in successfully performing this job
- Capable of working independently and willing to take initiative when discrepancies are found in the system
- Good computer skills, including MS Office suite and ability to learn new programs
- A good working knowledge of quality requirements and management systems and/or GDP
Essential
- GCSES A-C / 9-4 in core subjects English and Maths
Desirable
- A qualification or certificate in a quality related discipline or would consider experience of working in document control, audit or GDP environment
