HealthNet Homecare in Swadlincote is seeking a Homecare Pharmacist to join the local team and support safe, effective medication supply in patients' homes. You will drive clinical governance, support the Pharmacy Manager and Senior Pharmacist, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
You will undertake the Responsible Pharmacist role when required, counsel patients, document interventions, and contribute to audits and SOP development, with a focus on patient safety and service improvement.
