Delivering cutting-edge tools that enhance patient outcomes, streamline clinician workflows, and empower pharmaceutical companies. Our current portfolio includes digital platforms, AI-driven predictive analytics, and medication adherence tools designed to transform healthcare delivery.

We specialise in serving the clinical homecare sector in the UK, working with healthcare providers, pharmaceutical organisations, and regulatory bodies to deliver integrated digital solutions that improve patient care outside of traditional hospital settings.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development: Drive sales of our digital healthcare solutions to clinical homecare providers, pharmaceutical companies, and healthcare organisations. Identify and develop new business opportunities, leveraging data-driven insights to demonstrate the value of our solutions. Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing. Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns and sales collateral that resonate with healthcare professionals and pharma stakeholders. Provide in-depth product demonstrations tailored to the unique needs of clinical homecare settings.
  • Client Relationship Management & Account Growth: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clinical homecare providers, pharmacists, and key decision-makers. Act as the primary point of contact for NHS trusts’ digital needs, ensuring their ongoing success and satisfaction with our products. Work closely with internal teams (product, marketing, and development) to align client needs with product enhancements. Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and NHS frameworks to better support and advise clients.
  • Client Onboarding & Training: Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new trusts/hospitals/services, ensuring a seamless transition onto our platforms. Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and resources to educate prospective clients about our digital tools. Provide ongoing technical support and best practices guidance to help clients integrate our solutions into their workflows. Conduct regular check-ins and engagement sessions to ensure clients are fully utilising our tools and achieving their desired outcomes.
  • Upskilling & Product Integration Support: Work with existing trusts/hospitals/services to deepen their understanding and usage of our digital tools. Deliver personalised support to help clients optimise workflows, ensuring our solutions align with their clinical and operational processes. Gather and relay client feedback to product teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to help clients expand their use of our digital healthcare solutions.
