Main Responsibilities
- The role involves speaking with patients over the phone to arrange any required nurse visits and enrolling new patients onto the system, therefore experience of working with high volume calls and admin is required for this role.
- To work within our clinical team ensuring all administrative duties are fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Good telephone management when scheduling patient visits.
- Processing and filing patient documentation.
- Maintaining accurate data.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues in the organisation to ensure the smooth and safe running of our nursing service.
- Complying with all communications and maintaining good housekeeping.
- Proactively supporting the HealthNet team across the organisation.
- Working to a high quality and standard, ensuring our policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Work flexibly and efficiently to meet the needs of colleagues, patients, customers and clients whilst maintaining the highest professional standards.
