If you are looking for a new development opportunity, then this may be the job for you! HealthNet Homecare is seeking a General Assistant to join our busy Dispensary team. Our dispensing team is central to our operations, responsible for dispensing over 1500 prescriptions daily to our patients. This role is based in our Featherstone Dispensary and is not customer-facing. Main Responsibilities:

  • Follow and promote relevant SOPs and company policies to ensure patient safety at all times.
  • Accurately and efficiently pack patient orders for dispatch.
  • Create patient administration kits accurately and efficiently.
  • Check off, book in, and store stock deliveries accurately.
  • Support the dispensing and stock teams as needed.
  • Maintain documentation and filing systems within the department.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and safe dispensary operations.
  • Read and comply with all communications from head office and others to undertake necessary actions.
  • Carry out any reasonable requests from appropriate persons.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting enhancements.
  • Support the HealthNet operation by assisting other departments during busy periods.
