We’re seeking a dedicated Warehouse Assistant to join our busy and growing Warehouse team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in an organised, fast‑moving environment. Responsibilities- Process Inventory for delivery
- Store, organise and store inventory in the correct location
- Process and store returned inventory
- Report damaged or missing inventory to the Warehouse Assistant Manager
- Unload goods in and allocate to stock location
- Update logs and documentation for inventory processing
- Process wholesale orders
- Ensure PPE is worn by all visitors to the warehouse.
- Maintain excellent standards of Health & Safety within the warehouse
- Operate FLT and other motorised mechanical lift assists
- Maintain excellent standards of housekeeping within the warehouse
- Process and allocate all documentation
- Experience in a warehouse environment
- Experience in handling and storing of medication (Desirable)
- Experience using inventory software
- FLT licence (desirable but not essential)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced and pressurised environment
- Detail orientated
- Self‑motivated, dedicated with a committed approach showing interest in understanding the business and industry

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Our working hours are between 7:00am and 7:00pm, Monday to Friday. Shifts are 8 hours with a 30‑minute unpaid break, and start times rotate within these hours depending on business needs. For example, you may start at 7:00am one week and 8:00am the next. The earliest start time is 7:00am, and the latest finish time is 7:00pm.
