Main Responsibilities:

  • Produce timely and accurate financial information, ensuring all accounting and reporting deadlines are adhered to.
  • Prepare Monthly Management Accounts.
  • Review Gross Margins and overhead costs.
  • Prepare monthly service fee back up reports and invoices.
  • Produce customer rebate reports.
  • Calculate Prepayments and Accruals.
  • Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
  • Maintain Fixed Asset Register.
  • VAT Returns.
  • Assist with the year end audit.
  • Cash management including Cash Forecasting.
  • Bank Reconciliations.
  • Liaise with external auditors.
  • Process Accounts Payable invoices.
  • Supplier statement reconciliations.
  • Carry out any reasonable request given by appropriate persons.

What experience and skills are we looking for?

  • 2 years accounting experience.
  • GCSE or equivalent pass in Maths and English Language.
  • High level of IT competence and ability to work confidently across the full Microsoft Office suite of applications and in other cloud-based third party applications.
