Our Nurse Team is made up of specifically trained homecare professionals with the capability to support both straightforward and complex end-to-end therapies in a patient-focused and quality-driven manner. Our vision is to be seen as the first choice for patient-centred homecare and to realise this vision, we work closely with the NHS and Pharmaceutical Companies to provide an array of services ā from medication delivery and nursing services to patient support programmes. This allows patients to undertake treatment in the comfort of their own homes, with the correct support and to the same standards that would normally be received in a hospital or clinical environment.
As a business, we realise that it is our people ā aligned with a clear focus ā that will ultimately deliver our vision. We focus on training programmes that allow our Clinical Nurse Team to go out into the community with confidence, backed by the knowledge of a strong business support network and the ability to promote our culture of patient-centred care. We strongly believe in continuous professional development and providing the investment that enables colleagues to progress in their careers.
Main Responsibilities

- Assist in providing solutions that will support the patient and healthcare professional in delivering a seamless service between hospital and home.
- Ensure a high standard of service is established and always delivered for all customers and patients.

We aim to plan routes efficiently to reduce travel time where possible, and all travel between patient visits is included within your working hours. It's important that applicants are comfortable with regular driving, as travel forms a significant part of the working day.
