We are currently looking for a QMS Administrator to join our team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordination and follow up of policies, procedures, records and other documentation associated with the governing standards for HealthNet Homecare
  • Data input in order to create QMS records
  • Inputting of Incidents, Deviations and Complaints into the QMS
  • Monitor and report on Deviations and their resulting Corrective and Preventive actions
  • Monitor, report and provide reminders to members of the business on outstanding actions in the QMS
  • Participate in the audit program for HealthNet Homecare, including but not limited to self-inspection, Quality Checks and Supplier audits when necessary.
  • Support during audits and inspections of HealthNet Homecare where QMS interrogation is required
  • Monitoring and reporting on the pest control programme
  • Monitoring and reporting on temperature records
  • Responsible for controlling internal and some external documents
  • Champion organisational goals and values, and continual improvement of the existing processes, software and systems in place.
  • Support Quality or other HealthNet departments in various projects as assigned

What experience and skills are we looking for?

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise time efficiently, excellent problem solving skills, adaptability to change with conditions and circumstances is essential in successfully performing this job
  • Capable of working independently and willing to take initiative when discrepancies are found in the system
  • Good computer skills, including MS Office suite and ability to learn new programs
  • A good working knowledge of quality requirements and management systems and/or GDP

Essential

  • GCSES A-C / 9-4 in core subjects English and Maths

Desirable

  • A qualification or certificate in a quality related discipline or would consider experience of working in document control, audit or GDP environment
