We are looking for a Logistics Support Administrator to join our busy operations department. Responsibilities- To support the couriers and the business with any patient delivery queries and support functions & processes connected with the same to ensure patients receive their medication on time
- Answer drivers call queries
- Process internal/external queries regarding deliveries by telephone & email
- Liaise with couriers and patients where appropriate
- Internal processes to support the function
- POD processing
- Returns and fails processing
- Rescheduling of failed deliveries
- Desirable: Experience with a similar role within logistics
- Essential: Prior admin experience
- At least 5 GCSE's
- Good communication skills essential - both verbal and written
- Computer literate - Use of MS Office
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced and pressurised environment
- Self-motivated, dedicated with a committed approach showing interest in understanding the business and the industry
