HealthNet Homecare is a leading provider of homecare services, supporting patients to receive treatment and care in the comfort of their own homes. From medication deliveries to specialist clinical nursing support, including injection training and the administration of IV and infusion therapies, we are dedicated to making healthcare more accessible and convenient for those who need it most.

Supporting over 240,000 patients across a wide range of therapy areas, our experienced and compassionate teams work with individuals living with both rare and more common conditions. Our mission is to make patients' lives easier by removing the stress of managing treatment and providing reassurance that they are receiving safe, high-quality care every step of the way.

If you are passionate about making a real difference and are looking for a role with purpose, where your work has a positive impact on patients' everyday lives, we would love to hear from you.

Main Responsibilities

Support and improve existing Dynamics 365, Dataverse and Power Platform solutions under the Business Solutions & Automation Manager / D365 Lead. The role focuses on configuration, automation, investigation, testing and documentation. Coding is useful but not essential

  • Configure and maintain Dataverse tables, columns, relationships, forms, views, business rules and model-driven apps.
  • Build, maintain and troubleshoot Power Automate cloud flows, including conditions, expressions, JSON and error handling.
  • Support Dynamics 365 Field Service, work orders, service tasks, bookings, resources, templates and related processes.
  • Investigate failed flows, incorrect data, user issues and unexpected system behaviour; identify root cause and document findings.
  • Test changes, prepare evidence, support UAT and follow controlled Development-to-UAT-to-Production release procedures.
  • Maintain technical documentation, release notes, support runbooks and clear work-item updates.
  • Assist with security roles, user access, reference data, environment variables and connection references under agreed procedures.
  • Support integrations and data work using Dataverse, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, SQL, APIs, OData or FetchXML with guidance.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify flows, reduce manual work and improve maintainability.

What experience and skills are we looking for?

Requirements will vary depending on the role and will be detailed here.

  • Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse or a comparable business platform.
  • Strong analytical thinking and a logical approach to investigation.
  • Ability to understand a business process, not only the requested screen change.
  • Attention to detail, ownership of testing and willingness to learn independently.
  • Clear communication with technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Ability to manage assigned work, record progress and raise blockers early.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess and audit existing processes, systems, and functionality
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and delivering pragmatic, agile solutions that support clinical operations
  • Proven experience of engaging with stakeholders to understand requirements, translate business needs into effective solutions, and ensure successful service delivery.
  • Experience working with APIs, system integrations, and digital technologies to enhance operational efficiency and clinical outcomes.

Desirable

  • Dynamics 365 Field Service and model-driven apps.
  • Power Automate expressions, JSON, FetchXML or OData.
  • Dataverse solutions, managed deployments and Azure DevOps.
  • SQL, REST APIs, JavaScript, Power Fx or C#.
