HealthNet Homecare is seeking an Automated Dispensing Team Leader to oversee the dispensing robot and drive service levels from our pharmacy site in Swadlincote. You will supervise staff, optimize workflows, monitor KPI targets and ensure compliance with SOPs for automated dispensing.
Successful candidates will have supervisory pharmacy experience, strong communication skills and proficiency with computer systems, including NAV. Ongoing training and development are provided.
