We are currently looking for a Scheduler to join our Clinical Admin team.

- Main Responsibilities
- To contribute to the safe, efficient and patient-centred delivery of the Nursing Business Unit by coordinating nurse visits, maintaining accurate scheduling information, and supporting the effective use of D365, FLS and associated scheduling processes.
- To follow and always promote relevant SOPs, Company policies and scheduling processes to support patient safety, service continuity and compliant visit allocation.
- To work within the nursing and clinical administration teams to ensure nurse visits, training appointments and patient support activity are scheduled accurately and in a timely manner.
- To use D365 to review patient activity, service opportunities, work orders and visit requirements, ensuring records are accurate and updated in line with agreed processes.
- To use FLS to support route planning, nurse allocation and daily schedule optimisation, considering nurse location, skills, availability and patient requirements.
- To finalise and communicate schedules within agreed daily timeframes, including allocation updates for nurses, patients and relevant internal teams.
- To monitor unallocated, cancelled, rescheduled, late or at-risk visits and elevate issues promptly to support safe service delivery and minimise missed visits.
- To maintain accurate scheduling data, including availability, locations, statuses, and visit outcomes, supporting reliable operational reporting and workforce planning.
- To liaise professionally with nurses, Clinical Team Managers, Clinical Administration, patients and other internal stakeholders regarding scheduling queries, capacity gaps and service changes.
- To work flexibly and efficiently to meet internal and external customer needs, whilst maintaining high professional standards and accurate system usage.
- To contribute to continuous improvement by identifying scheduling inefficiencies, data quality issues and opportunities to improve D365, FLS or related processes.
- To proactively support the Health Net Operation by assisting other teams periods of increased demand.
- Know the Company strategy and ensure day-to-day scheduling activity supports strategic objectives, patient experience, workforce efficiency and service growth.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high-quality standard and that Health Net's procedures, policies and system controls are followed at all times.
- Engage in personal development and attend mandatory training.
- Always present the Company in a positive way with internal and external clients, customers, patients, nurses and staff.
Always comply with the Company’s HR policies, Health and Safety policy, GDPR requirements and any other relevant operational procedures.
What experience and skills are we looking for?
- Previous experience in administration, scheduling, workforce planning, customer service or a healthcare operational environment is preferred.
- Experience using D365, FLS or similar scheduling, CRM or workforce management systems would be advantageous but is not essential as training will be provided. Essential:
Qualifications
- GCSE English and Maths at Grade C / 4 or above, or equivalent.
- Confident user of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel and Teams.
- Willingness to learn and accurately use D365, FLS and other scheduling or reporting tools.
