We are looking for a Quality Management Systems Administrator to join our busy quality team! Responsibilities- To contribute to the growth and success of the Company through providing administrative support to the Quality function of the business.
- This role is responsible for organising and reporting on the information in the Quality Management System.
- Organize, track and maintain information concerning the various aspects of the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Coordination and follow up of policies, procedures, records and other documentation associated with the governing standards for HealthNet Homecare.
- Data input in order to create QMS records.
- Inputting of Incidents, Deviations and Complaints into the QMS.
- Monitor and report on Deviations and their resulting Corrective and Preventive actions.
- Monitor, report and provide reminders to members of the business on outstanding actions in the QMS.
- Participate in the audit program for HealthNet Homecare, including but not limited to self-inspection, Quality Checks and Supplier audits when necessary.
- Support during audits and inspections of HealthNet Homecare where QMS interrogation is required.
- Monitoring and reporting on the pest control programme.
- Monitoring and reporting on temperature records.
- Responsible for controlling internal and some external documents.
- Champion organizational goals and values, and continual improvement of the existing processes, software and systems in place.
- Support Quality or other HealthNet departments in various projects as assigned.
- A qualification or certificate in a quality related discipline or would consider experience of working in document control, audit or GDP environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise time efficiently, excellent problem solving skills, adaptability to change with conditions and circumstances is essential in successfully performing this job.
- Capable of working independently and willing to take initiative when discrepancies are found in the system.
- Good computer skills, including MS Office suite and ability to learn new programs.
- A good working knowledge of quality requirements and management systems and/or GDP.
- GCSES A-C / 9-4 in core subjects English and Maths.
