We are looking for a Logistics Support Administrator to join our busy operations department. Main Responsibilities
  • To support the couriers and the business with any patient delivery queries and support functions & processes connected with the same to ensure patients receive their medication on time.
  • Process internal/external queries regarding deliveries by telephone & email.
  • Liaise with couriers and patients where appropriate.
  • Internal processes to support the function.
  • POD processing.
  • Returns and fails processing.
  • Rescheduling of failed deliveries.
What experience and skills are we looking for?
  • Experience with a similar role within logistics.
  • Qualifications: At least 5 GCSEs.
  • Good communication skills essential - both verbal and written.
  • Computer literate – Use of MS Office.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and pressurised environment.
  • Self-motivated, dedicated with a committed approach showing interest in understanding the business and the industry.
  • To be proactive and motivated responding positively to new challenges.
  • To have empathy when speaking with patients.
