We are looking for a Logistics Support Administrator to join our busy operations department. Main Responsibilities- To support the couriers and the business with any patient delivery queries and support functions & processes connected with the same to ensure patients receive their medication on time.
- Process internal/external queries regarding deliveries by telephone & email.
- Liaise with couriers and patients where appropriate.
- Internal processes to support the function.
- POD processing.
- Returns and fails processing.
- Rescheduling of failed deliveries.
- Experience with a similar role within logistics.
- Qualifications: At least 5 GCSEs.
- Good communication skills essential - both verbal and written.
- Computer literate – Use of MS Office.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and pressurised environment.
- Self-motivated, dedicated with a committed approach showing interest in understanding the business and the industry.
