We are looking for a Clinical Administration Manager to join our team based in Swadlincote. Responsibilities- To contribute to the growth and success of the Company by leading a team of admin assistants and schedulers to complete a range of administrative duties in different locations.
- The goal is to ensure all nursing support and scheduling activities are carried on efficiently and effectively to allow the nursing operations to function properly.
- Manage the operations and co-ordination of the scheduling and clinical administration teams.
- Optimize resource allocation flexibility to align with service demands and resource availability.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve patient and/or business queries.
- Provide guidance and development to team members and allocate responsibilities accordingly.
- Utilise current systems to create effective schedules for nursing team(s).
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
- Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
- Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments.
- 5+ years’ experience in an administration or management role.
- Well-versed in departmental procedures and policies and able to actively discover new ways to carry out the job more efficiently.
- Proficiency in resource planning software (Preferred, but not essential).
- Contact Centre or Scheduling Management Experience (Preferred, but not essential).
- Microsoft D365 (Preferred, but not essential).
- Degree level qualification (Preferred, but not essential).
- Well-honed negotiation and communication skills with a flexible approach.
- Strong team management skills capable of building, developing, and motivating a team and to maintain a positive working environment.
- Self-motivated, dedicated with a committed approach showing interest in understanding the business and industry.
