We are looking for a Clinical Administrator to join our Clinical department on a full time, permanent basis. Main Responsibilities
  • To work within our clinical team ensuring all administrative duties are fulfilled in a timely manner.
  • Good telephone manager when scheduling patient visits.
  • Processing and filing patient documentations.
  • Maintaining accurate data.
  • Working collaboratively with the colleagues in the organisation to ensure the smooth and safe running of our nursing service.
  • Complying with all communications and maintaining good housekeeping.
  • Proactively supporting the HealthNet team across the organisation.
  • Working to a high quality and standard, ensuring our policies and procedures are adhered to.
  • Work flexibly and efficiently to meet the needs of colleagues, patients, customers and clients whilst maintaining the highest professional standards.
What experience and skills are we looking for?
  • Positive and effective communication skills, via telephone, email and face to face.
  • Previous call centre or high volume admin experience.
  • Self‑motivated with a committed approach.
