We are looking for a Quality Management Systems Administrator to join our busy quality team! Responsibilities
  • To contribute to the growth and success of the Company through providing administrative support to the Quality function of the business.
  • This role is responsible for organising and reporting on the information in the Quality Management System.
  • Organize, track and maintain information concerning the various aspects of the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Coordination and follow up of policies, procedures, records and other documentation associated with the governing standards for HealthNet Homecare.
  • Data input in order to create QMS records.
  • Inputting of Incidents, Deviations and Complaints into the QMS.
  • Monitor and report on Deviations and their resulting Corrective and Preventive actions.
  • Monitor, report and provide reminders to members of the business on outstanding actions in the QMS.
  • Participate in the audit program for HealthNet Homecare, including but not limited to self-inspection, Quality Checks and Supplier audits when necessary.
  • Support during audits and inspections of HealthNet Homecare where QMS interrogation is required.
  • Monitoring and reporting on the pest control programme.
  • Monitoring and reporting on temperature records.
  • Responsible for controlling internal and some external documents.
  • Champion organizational goals and values, and continual improvement of the existing processes, software and systems in place.
  • Support Quality or other HealthNet departments in various projects as assigned.
What experience and skills are we looking for?
  • A qualification or certificate in a quality related discipline or would consider experience of working in document control, audit or GDP environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise time efficiently, excellent problem solving skills, adaptability to change with conditions and circumstances is essential in successfully performing this job.
  • Capable of working independently and willing to take initiative when discrepancies are found in the system.
  • Good computer skills, including MS Office suite and ability to learn new programs.
  • A good working knowledge of quality requirements and management systems and/or GDP.
  • Qualifications: GCSEs A-C / 9-4 in core subjects English and Maths.
