About the Role
We are recruiting an experienced Senior Care Assistant for a 25-bed residential care home that provides person-centred, later-life care in a homely environment. The service prioritises dignity, independence, and quality of life for all residents. Residents enjoy a rich and varied lifestyle, including:
- Engaging daily activities and exercise programmes tailored to individual interests
- Arts, crafts, music, games, book clubs, and gentle physical activity
- Regular outings, seasonal parties, and special celebrations

Key Responsibilities
