Arthur Morrison Care Services is recruiting Mental Health Support Workers to join our supported living service in Wood Green. This is a rewarding role supporting adults with mental health needs to live independently and achieve positive outcomes.
Pay Rate
£13.85ph per hour (dependent on experience)
Shift Patterns
Long shifts: 8:00am – 8:00pm
Short shifts available: 8-hour shifts within the above hours
Flexible rota to meet service and staff needs
Key Responsibilities
- Providing person-centred mental health support
- Promoting independence, daily living skills, and wellbeing
- Supporting service users with routines, appointments, and activities
- Maintaining accurate records and following care plans
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals
