Responsibilities
- Ensure appropriate care is given to each resident, in accordance with the Care Plan.
- Work with the Care Home Manager and Deputy Manager to continually review all Care Plans.
- Support residents with special needs relating to mobility and other physical disabilities, using disability aids where appropriate.
- Monitor and control residents’ nutritional and dietary requirements.
- Support residents with eating and drinking as required, preparing light meals and snacks if required.
