About the setting: My Little Boardroom is a unique co-working and Ofsted-registered childcare setting in Wokingham, designed to support parents while providing children with a nurturing, engaging and inclusive early years environment. We follow the EYFS framework and place a strong focus on children's individual development, wellbeing, independence and learning through play.
Qualification level required: Level 3 Early Years qualification recognised by the DfE for working within the EYFS.
Hours: Full-time and part-time opportunities available. Our setting is open Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
Shift patterns: Shift patterns typically fall between 8am and 5pm, Monday-Friday. Shifts will vary depending on the needs of the setting and may include early starts and later finishes.
Previous experience: Ideally 1-2 years' experience working in an early years setting, although we will consider candidates with less experience who demonstrate the right knowledge, attitude and passion for working with children.
Salary: £28,000 - 30,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
