Areas Covered: Winsford, Northwich, Middlewich, Tarporley, Little Budworth, Kelsall
Essential: Female only. Must have a valid UK driver's license and access to own vehicle.
Role Specific:
- The main focus will be to upkeep the client’s hygiene, ensuring their safety and facilitating social emotional support.
- Give personal care and assist with personal hygiene, dressing, and getting clients ready for the day, as well as undressing and preparing them for bedtime.
- Support clients to prepare meals and serve.
- Do simple cleaning after meal preparation.
- Administration of medication.
- Give respite care and companionship.
- Support clients with simple exercises and activities.
- Ensure care is person-centred and that clients' wishes and preferences enhance their wellbeing.
- Contribute to the efficient running of the service by providing a balanced client/staff ratio.
- Support clients in maintaining their relationships and connections with the local community.
- Be responsible for informing the senior carer/nurses of any changes in the needs of a client.
- Promote and safeguard the welfare of those individuals they care for.

- Develop effective collaboration with other employees and departments.
- Work in cooperation with members of the multi-disciplinary team to maximise opportunities for clients.
