As an Early Years Educator at Kattz Kidz, you will play a key role in nurturing and developing young minds in a safe and stimulating environment. Your passion for early childhood education will help us deliver outstanding care while encouraging children to reach their full potential.

- Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
- Pay: Β£13.22-Β£13.76 per hour
- Hours: 30 - 40 hours
- Qualification: Early Years Childhood L2/L3 Qualification (required)
- Childcare experience: 1 year (required)
- Level 3 required for the Room Leader position
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement engaging educational activities tailored to the developmental needs of children.
- Provide a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive emotionally and socially.
- Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records of their development.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding children's progress and needs.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive nursery atmosphere.
- Support children in their daily routines, including meals, playtime, and rest periods.
Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or Childcare (e.g., Level 3 or equivalent).
- Experience working with young children in a nursery or educational setting.
- Strong communication skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative.
- A genuine passion for nurturing children's development and well-being.
