Responsibilities
- Complete staff competency checks on visits.
- Complete staff supervisions.
- Undertake care visits to clients, supporting them to live independently, administering medication, and using the electronic care records system for accurate documentation.
- Support the team with rota management to ensure care visits are covered.
- Participate in an on-call rota.
