We cover the Ormskirk, Tarleton and Burscough areas. Applicants must be able to drive and use a vehicle for work.

Responsibilities

  • Complete staff competency checks on visits.
  • Complete staff supervisions.
  • Undertake care visits to clients, supporting them to live independently, administering medication, and using the electronic care records system for accurate documentation.
  • Support the team with rota management to ensure care visits are covered.
  • Participate in an on-call rota.
