Purbeck Personal Assistants are seeking a kind and caring individual to join and lead our team of carers based in Swanage, Dorset.
Responsibilities:
- Providing domiciliary care to our clients.
- Teaching and leading other carers in care delivery.
- Administrative duties such as scheduling, reviewing care plans, supervising employees, and assisting the Registered Manager to complete compliance checks to meet CQC regulations.
Schedule:
This is a full-time position requiring some weekend and evening availability to work on a flexible schedule to meet the ongoing and changing needs of the business.
Flexibility:
We will happily consider two suitable part-timers on a job share basis.
