About Crimson Hill Support

We provide support and care to adults with learning disabilities who live in their own homes or with their families. We empower, encourage and enable people to lead fulfilling lives as valued members of the community. It is a varied, interesting and fulfilling job, as we help people to be independent, take part in their community and live a great life.

Our Service Users homes are based across Taunton, Bridgwater, Combwich, Curry Rivel, Langport, Yeovil and the surrounding villages.

Not every day is the same, you would need to work with the people we support to help them complete all aspects of their day-to-day support. This can include personal care, cooking, cleaning, medications, finances and managing some behaviours which may challenge.

Pay

  • Support Worker – £12.71 per hour
  • Support Worker (Level 3 Diploma) – £13.29 per hour
  • Enhanced Support Worker (Langport) – £14.53 per hour
  • Sleep in shift – £60 per night

Shifts

Full time position only, 37.5 hours per week

Operate between the hours of 7am to 11pm Needs to be very flexible

Alternate weekend availability essential

1 Sleep in shift per week essential (9pm – 8am)

Requirements

  • Male and Female positions are availabile
  • Would consider a non driver in the Bridgwater and Taunton areas
  • Candidates expected to complete an application form at the office, pre interview
  • Must live within a 30 mile radius of TA6 6PY
