We are currently looking to recruit Female Care Assistants to join our County Durham team and this could be you. Not only will you join a fantastic team of experienced carers, but you will join a Top 20 Care Provider in the North East for 3 years running.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver person-centred care in clients’ homes: personal care, mobility support, meal support, medication prompts, companionship
- Travel between calls
- Record care activities accurately, updating care plans and reports
- Liaise with care coordinators / senior carers regarding changes or concerns
- Respect dignity, privacy, and promote independence for service users
- Be flexible to support rota gaps, emergencies, and occasional additional hours
