Contract: Full-time, Permanent

You will be expected to work on a mixture of 9am - 5pm, mornings, evenings and possible sleep in's to support the team.

About the Service

We are a high-quality supported accommodation provider, operating across five homes, known for delivering consistent, positive outcomes for young people.

  • Up to 11 young people in registered supported accommodation homes aged 16–25
  • An additional 3-4 young people aged 18+ accommodated within one of our move-on homes, receiving minimal outreach support

We are proud of our reputation for quality, stability, and strong relationships with commissioners and partner agencies.

The Role

As Service Manager, you will be at the heart of the service — supporting the Registered Service Manager, leading staff, and ensuring high standards are consistently delivered across multiple homes. This is a role where you will:

  • Play a key part in the day-to-day leadership of a multi-site service
  • Support and develop staff to deliver high-quality, consistent care
  • Ensure adequate staffing and support across the service, maintaining safe and effective staffing levels at all times
  • Maintain strong oversight of quality, compliance, and outcomes
  • Be a visible and supportive presence for both staff and young people
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the service

You won’t just be managing — you’ll be influencing, developing, and helping drive the service forward.
