An Exciting Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and forward-thinking Registered Service Manager to lead and develop our high-quality, well-regarded supported accommodation service. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to take the lead in running a small, established, and successful organisation, overseeing five homes that provide safe, nurturing environments for young people.
Our service supports:
- Up to 11 young people in registered supported accommodation homes aged 16–25
- An additional 3/4 young people aged 18+ accommodated within one of our move-on homes, receiving minimal outreach support
Our homes are recognised for their high standards, positive outcomes, and strong reputation with commissioners and partner agencies.
The Role
As Registered Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the continued success and growth of the service. You will be responsible for:
- Full operational oversight of five supported accommodation homes
- Ensuring compliance with Supported Accommodation Regulations 2023 and Ofsted requirements
- Maintaining and enhancing quality standards and outcomes for young people
- Leading, developing, and inspiring staff teams
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and commissioners
- Driving occupancy, performance, and service development
You will be supported by a dedicated daily manager, allowing you to focus on leadership, strategy, and overall service performance.
