Barchester is looking for a Residential Senior Carer to lead a team of care staff in one of our care homes. You will supervise shifts, train colleagues and ensure high standards of person-centred care, while supporting with medication administration and updating resident care plans.
You should have NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, proven leadership in a residential setting, and a warm, compassionate approach.
