Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to support the Management Team in the day-to-day running of our care home. You will lead shifts confidently, support and guide care staff, and ensure high standards of person-centred care, safety, and wellbeing for residents.
You will coordinate care delivery, contribute to the development and implementation of personal care plans, and work closely with residents, families, colleagues, and external professionals.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant or strong experience as a Care Assistant
- SVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care
- Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
