Credence Care is a small family owned company who have been operating in Rugby for over 12 years. We offer support to service users with learning disabilities and have service users who reside in our own properties in and around Rugby. We also offer care out in the community and support people in their own homes with mental health issues.

We support adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs to live independently and safely within their own homes and communities. As a Night Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in providing reassurance, safety, and support throughout the night.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide overnight support to individuals living in our supported living services
  • Promote independence, dignity, choice, and wellbeing
  • Carry out regular welfare and safety checks as required
  • Offer emotional support and reassurance during the night
  • Complete accurate records and handovers for day staff
  • Support with medication and personal care where required
  • Respond appropriately to any incidents or emergencies
  • Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment

  • Drivers are desirable due to the location of some services
  • Flexibility to work a rota that includes alternate weekends
