What You’ll Be Doing
- Support individuals with everyday living and personal goals
- Encourage independence, choice, dignity, and inclusion
- Help people access community activities, appointments, and social opportunities
- Build meaningful relationships and provide emotional support
- Assist with household tasks such as cooking, budgeting, and light domestic duties
- Support with medication where required
- Keep clear and accurate records in line with care plans
- Work as part of a friendly, supportive team
- Provide personal care when needed
