Pay: £14.65 per hour (Weekdays) | £15.65 per hour (Weekends)

Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week

Travel Time: £12.00 per hour paid travel time

Mileage: 45p per mile

Overtime Rate: £18.00 per hour

Shifts Available: 7:30am – 1:30pm and 4:00pm – 9:00pm

The Role

As a Community Care Assistant, you will support clients within their own homes, helping them maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life. You will provide high-quality person-centred care tailored to each individual's needs while building trusted relationships with clients and their families. Your duties will include:

  • Supporting clients with personal care, including washing, dressing and grooming
  • Assisting with mobility and daily living activities
  • Supporting with medication in line with care plans
  • Preparing meals and encouraging nutrition and hydration
  • Undertaking light household duties, including cleaning and laundry
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Supporting clients to attend appointments and access their local community
  • Encouraging independence and promoting choice
  • Maintaining accurate care records
  • Reporting changes in clients' wellbeing to the senior team
  • Working closely with colleagues, families and healthcare professionals

About You

Our client is looking for individuals who genuinely care about making a difference to people's lives. You will have:

  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
