A Senior Care Assistant is required at our Client’s fantastic Residential Care facility situated in the coastal town of Redcar. The home offers the highest standards of care where dignity is respected, interests are nurtured and residents are cared for like family. As a Senior Care Assistant, you’ll lead by example and support the team in delivering exceptional care.

Your duties will include:

  • Assisting residents with personal care and daily living activities.
  • Administering medication (after training).
  • Supporting care staff and overseeing shifts.
  • Liaising with families, GPs, and other professionals.
  • Dealing with emergencies.
  • Keeping clear and accurate records.

What We’re Looking For

  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it).
  • Previous experience in a care home setting.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • A kind, patient and reliable personality.
  • Ability to lead a small team with confidence and warmth.
