Caremark Pulborough and Horsham is seeking a trainer/recruiter to join a friendly, supportive team.

You will recruit, induct, and develop staff, delivering training and annual refreshers across the organisation.

You’ll design engaging learning opportunities, maintain training records and ensure CQC compliance, while collaborating with internal and external providers and supporting staff on onboarding and ongoing development.
