The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and ensuring their well‑being and development.
Requirements
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years (UK equivalent) qualification
- Minimum 1 year nursery experience
- Experience in working with children aged 2–5
- Excellent communication skills
- Thorough understanding of the EYFS and all statutory requirements
- Good standards of hygiene and safety appropriate for young children
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise children in a nursery setting
- Demonstrate leadership skills in guiding and supporting nursery staff
