Brook House Farm is a small independent homely nursery, seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the holistic development of children aged 6 months - 4 years. The role is based mainly in the Baby Room. The Early Years Educator will work in a strong team of practitioners developing positive relationships with the children and other team members.
Job type: Full time, permanent
Shifts: 8am - 5:30pm, 4 days per week
Qualifications:
- A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education or Childcare is essential.
- Level 3 or 2 childcare qualification.
- Experience working with young children in a nursery or similar setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- A genuine passion for early years education and child development.
- Knowledge of current early years frameworks and best practices.
